‘The Experiences of Visually Impaired Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Training.’
A qualitative study exploring trainees experiences of inclusion and exclusion during training and the impact this has on their psycho-emotional and social needs, as well as their legal entitlements. In my presentation I will talk about my research, its background, purpose, benefits and anticipated findings. I will also discuss some of my personal experiences as a visually impaired person and counsellor.
