This session was originally planned for PGR poster presentations and a social event after. However since there aren’t many who have indicated that they’re doing poster presentations, a workshop on using Twitter will be offered during this time. If you planned to present a poster it will take place after the session, during the social!

What: Using Twitter Workshop
When: Tuesday 27th March, 2012 / 13:30 – 15:30

This 2-hour workshop is an informative, hands-on session designed to clarify what Twitter is as well as a provide step-by-step group activities in order to get to grips with the functionality of Twitter.
This session is ideally for:
- New Twitter users (i.e. “I just signed up to Twitter and I’m not sure where to start.”)
- Inactive Twitter users (i.e. “I’ve got a Twitter account and I have no idea how to use it.)
Pre-requisite: Please set up a Twitter account beforehand. Please bring your own laptop / tablet / smartphone to the session. If this is an issue, please email Eljee.
Note for part-time students: There are plans to have this session repeated in the summer, more information to follow!
