Call for Papers (conference): Researching Agency in Education Contexts (Uni of Cambridge)

As graduate students at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge, we are pleased to announce the upcoming student-led conference on:

Researching Agency in Educational Contexts: Theories and Methods

The conference is being supported by the Graduate Development Programme and the Psychology and Education Academic Group of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge. It responds to the increasing interest in researching agency in educational contexts across the Social Science disciplines including Education, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science and Philosophy. This conference aims to strengthen collaboration by opening a space of dialogue between these disciplines. In addition, this conference will also serve as a platform for sharing and comparing methodological approaches to researching Agency.

The conference will be held at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge on the 11th & 12th June 2012and will include lectures, workshops, individual papers and posters, as well as special presentations by practitioners.
